摘　　要：目的研制维持性血液透析患者生命质量测定量表的特异模块。方法采用议题小组和核心小组的程序化决策方式及借鉴国内、外建立量表的经验制定本量表，通过定性访谈和定量调查分析相结合的方法对条目进行初筛选、评价和修改形成初步量表，随机抽取25例维持性血液透析患者和25名医务工作者进行问卷调查，采用变异度法、相关系数法、因子分析法、患者重要性评分及医生重要性评分法对结果进行分析。结果采用上述5种方法分别选出17、17、10、16和16个条目，最终得出包含16个条目的特异模块。结论该特异模块的条目均按严格的程序筛选得出，具有较好的内容效度和代表性。Objective To develop the specific mtxhfle of the quality of life instrument for maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Using the structured group （nominal group and focus group） methods and the qualitative and quantitative theory and methodology in developing rating scales, items were preliminary screened, evaluated and modified. And the data measuring from 25 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients and 25 doctors/nurses were analyzed by 5 statistical procedures： method of coefficient of variation, correlation analysis, factor analysis, patients importance rating procedure and doctors importance rating procedure. Results 17,17,10,16 and 16 items were selected by above statistical procedures, respectively, and thus 16 - items specific module was formed finally. Concluxion The specific module developed on the strict procedures has good content validity and representativeness.
