摘　　要：西方国家住房分配制度经历了市场自由调节、政府加强干预、政府减少干预的演变过程,形成以市场分配为基础、分配方式多元化、政府有效干预的制度特征。我国城镇住房分配制度改革,要加快住房货币化分配的步伐,采取多种住房分配方式,尽量减少住房信贷风险,保持住房金融市场稳定,合理干预住房分配。After experiencing the evolution of market adjustment, government strengthening intervention and government lessening intervention, housing distribution system of Western countries formed its system features. These features include taking market distribution as its basis, diverse mode of distribution as well as effective government intervention. As to the reform of housing distribution system in Chinese town, we should quicken the monetization of housing distribu- tion, adopt varied mode of housing distribution, try to reduce housing credit risk and maintain the steady of housing finance market, and reasonably intervene in housing distribution.
