摘　　要：收入分配是经济社会生活的重要方面,关乎国计民生,关系社会安定。随着我国改革开放、经济快速发展和人民生活水平的显著提高,收入分配领域的差距不断扩大。要解决这一问题,就要以科学发展观与和谐社会理念为指导,转变"效率优先,兼顾公平"的传统分配观念,采取措施创新收入分配制度,缩小收入差距,逐渐形成橄榄形稳健收入分配格局,加速社会主义和谐社会的构建。The allocation of income is an important aspect in the life of the economic society, which concerns the national economy, people＇s livelihood and social stability. Along with our country＇s reform and opening up policy, the fast development of economy and improvement of living standards, the disparity in the allocation of income expands unceasingly. To solve this problem, we must take the outlook of scientific development and the concept of harmonious society as the instruction, transform the traditional assignment idea, that is, ＂the efficiency first, the proper attention to fairness＂, adopt the measures to innovate the allocation of income system, reduce the income differential, and form the olive shaped and steady income allocation pattern gradually and accelerate the construction of harmonious society of socialism.
