摘 要:目的探讨在不同呼吸频率调节下呼吸对心率变异(HRV)的影响。方法对48例被试者用标准指导语控制5次/分,10次/分,20次/分均匀呼吸调节指导,同步用动态Holter记录心电和呼吸波型。结果在5次/分,10次/分,20次/分均匀呼吸调节下,HRV分别在0.05~0.12Hz、0.15~0.20Hz、0.23~0.30Hz出现呼吸峰。同时呼吸的周期变化和心率的R-R间距变化完全同步。结论均匀呼吸不仅影响HRV的高频段,而且还会影响HRV的低频段。呼吸频率与心率变异的频率完全一致。心率变异的呼吸峰频率=呼吸频率(min)/心搏频率(min)。因此,均匀呼吸调节引起的HRV变化是否完全反映心血管自主神经平衡调节的变化,还需要更多的探讨。Objective To explore the influence of respiration to heart rate variability (HRV) under different respiratory frequency adjustment. Methods 48 testees were tested by uniform respiration at 5/min, 10/min and 20/min, recording electrocardiogram (ECG) and respiratory wave. Results Respiration peaks were shown at 0. 05 -0. 12Hz, 0.15 -0.20Hz and 0.23 -0.30Hz respectively. It is in complete synchronization between cyclical change of respiration and interval R - R. Conclusion The uniform respiration frequency affects not only high - frequency HRV, but also lo w- frequency HRV. HRV respiration peak frequency = respiration frequency(min) / HR(rain). Therefore , to explore whether HRV changes brought by uniform respiration can reflect the changes of the balance regulation of cardiovascular autonomic nerve, more research is necessary.
