摘　　要：港口发展与城市经济之间有着密切的联系,港口经济已经成为推动区域经济发展的重要力量。通过研究构建包含港口与城市之间的DEA评价模型,定量测算出港口城市发展的有效性以及构建生产函数测定港口对港口所在城市经济贡献的显著性,并分析了港口与港口城市协调发展中所存在的问题。There lies a close relationship between a port and its locality and the development of the port promotes the economic development of the city.Based on the DEA evaluation model,we appraise quantitatively the contribution of port to regional economy.Through making a new production function,we explain the significance of port to the urban economy,and analyze several problems during port-city coordinated development.
