颈性眩晕与颈背部肌纤维织炎的中西医结合治疗

摘　　要：为观察"激痛点"按压与手法弹拨治疗对颈性眩晕的临床疗效,对285例颈性眩晕患者进行临床症状分析,并用按压与手法弹拨颈背部为主进行治疗,观察其临床症状出现频数改善情况。结果为治疗前后患者头痛、视物障碍、眩晕和颈背痛等症状明显改善,总体疗效评价示痊愈242例,占84.9%;好转33例,占11.6%;无效10例,占3.5%。总有效率96.5%,表明"激痛点"按压与手法弹拨是治疗该病一种安全、有效的方法。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of trigger point massage and to bring about the hypothesis that there is one type of cevical vertigo caused by string compression and practices of ＂trigger points＂ and to analyze its clinical manifestation and then evulate the effect of it in treating this type of cevical vertigo. Method： the analysis of the clinical symptoms of 285 cases of cevical vertigo was made. And its thereapeutic effects were evaluated. Results： The main symptoms of this type include vertigo, neck and back pain, memory impairment, headache, and vision disturbance. 96.5% of the vertigo, neck and back pain, headache, and vision disturbance symptoms have been improved after treatment. The total effect evaluation showed that 242 cases were cured （ 84.9% ） ; 33 cases were improved （ 11.6% ） ;and no change in 10 cases（3.5% ）. Conclusion： String compression and practices of ＂trigger points＂ is a safe and effective new method for cervical vertigo.
