1995-2008年南充市结核病控制项目工作分析

摘　　要：目的评价南充市实施结核病控制项目工作方法对结核病项目期间的病例发现、治疗效果、经费投入与效益及采取的措施进行回顾性分析研究。结果累计接诊可疑肺结核病患者90104例,发现活动性肺结核患者44767人,其中涂阳患者33707例,涂阳患者登记率10.41/10万,上升至44.35/10万,提高了326.03%。传染性患者平均治愈率为94.40%。结论实施结核病控制项目,大幅度提高了肺结核病的发现率和治愈率,有效地控制了传染源,降低了结核病疫情。Objictive To evaluate the implementation of conducting tuberculosis control loan project in Nan- Chong City. Methods To analyze case-finding, treatment effect, investment and returns and implementing of all the factors. Results The total number of examined suspect active pulmonary tuberculosis cases were 90104, 34743 active TB case were found and among them 33707 were smear positive, the notification rate of smear- positive TB was increased by 326. 03 % froml0. 41/10, 000 to 44. 35/100, 000. Average cure rate of infectious patients was 94.40%. Conclusion The program had gained the obvious effect in the 14 years, the date indicated that popularizing the modem strategy for tuberculosis control was one of the health intervention that less cost and high benfit. This requires much more effort in the coming several year to control the spread of TB and assure the program goals to bo fully realized.
