摘 要:目的分析四川省1麻疹病毒分离株的基因特征。方法病毒分离和核苷酸测序后,与麻疹病毒基因型参考株编码核蛋白羧基末端的456个核苷酸序列做进化树分析。结果该病毒分离株(MVi/Sichuan.CHN/7.09/1)与D9基因型参考株聚集在同一进化分枝上,bootstrap值为91%。与D9基因型参考株的核苷酸和氨基酸序列同源性分别为96.9%和96.6%;与其他22个基因型参考株的核苷酸和氨基酸序列同源性分别为89.9%~96.2%和90.7%~98.0%。结论现有的麻疹实验室网络数据表明,该病毒分离株为我国大陆首次分离到的D9基因型麻疹病毒,证实为输入性病毒。Objective To analyze genetic characterization of one measles virus isolate. Methods After virus isolation and nucleotide sequencing, phylogenetic analysis was conducted on 456 nucleotide sequences coding carboxyl terminus of nucleoprotein among this isolate and all genotype reference strains. Results This isolate ( MVi/Sichuan. CHN/7.09/1 ) was clustered with D9 genotype reference strain on same branch with bootstrap value of 91%. Compared with D9 genotype reference strain, the homology of nucleotide and amino acid sequenee were 96.9% and 96. 6%, respectively; compared with other 22 genotype reference strains, the homology of nucleotide and amino acid sequence were 89. 8% - 96.2% and 90. 7% - 98.0%. Conclusion Data available from national measles laboratory network indicated this isolate was first-ever D9 genotype isolated in China's Mainland, and epidemiological investigation further confirmed it was imported one.
