摘　　要：目的了解大学生对艾滋病(AIDS)的知信行,探讨针对大学生的AIDS宣传教育方式。方法采用不记名问卷方式,对成都市某大学学生随机进行现况调查。结果大学生AIDS基本知识全项回答正确率16.6%,男生高于女生;3大传播途径知晓率达90%以上;对艾滋病感染者及患者存在恐惧和歧视;有7.9%学生回答有异性性接触,2.0%学生回答有同性性接触,4.1%回答有吸毒行为,其中静脉吸食海洛因有0.7%;最近1次性生活使用安全套12.3%;获得艾滋病知识宣传主要途径是报刊、电视、网络;90%以上愿意接受并参与艾滋病知识宣传。结论应加强对大学生AIDS宣传教育;充分依靠大学生人群开展宣传教育。Objective To learn about the awareness about AIDS in college students, explore the effective method on health education about AIDS in college students. Method A random questionnaire survey was conducted among the students in a university in Chengdu. Results A total of 500 questionnaires were delivered and 499 were returned （99. 8% ）. The rate of whom correctly answered all the questions about AIDS was 16.6%, which was higher in boy students than in girl students, the awareness rate on three transmission routes was 〉I 90%; some students showed fear and discrimination for the people living with HIV/AIDS, 7.9% of students reported heterosexual contact, while 2.0% reported homosexual contact; 4. 1% had drug use history, among them 0. 7% were injecting heroin users; 12. 3% used condoms at the latest sexual intercourse. The major channels from which the knowledge about AIDS was obtained were newspaper, TV and internet. More than 90% of the students were willing to receive and participate in publicizing about AIDS prevention. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the health education about AIDS among college students and publicize general population by the participation of the students.
