摘  要:研究了饲料中添加不同水平发酵玉米芯对异育银鲫生长性能、鱼体品质的影响。结果表明:在异育银鲫饲料中添加5%发酵玉米芯,其增重率、总消化率、蛋白质消化率和鱼体粗灰分、钙含量与对照组比差异不显著(P>0.05);随着发酵玉米芯添加水平的提高,增重率、总消化率、蛋白质消化率和鱼体粗灰分、钙含量与对照组比均变化显著(P<0.05)。The effects of fermented corncob on production performance and body quality of Carassius auratus gibelio were studied. The results showed that when adding 5% fermented corncob into the feeds for Carassius auratus gibelio, the weight gain, total digestibility, protein digestibility and body crude ash, calcium content in fish body were not significantly different from the control; however, with the increase of fermented corn cob, these indicators were changed significantly in comparison with the control group.
