摘  要:本文用压缩和拉一压试验方法分别研究了淬火回火 GCr15轴承钢的加工硬化行为和包申格效应(B.E).试验结果表明,该钢经淬火回火后,在压缩加载下真应力—应变曲线分三段符合赫勒曼(Hollomon)关系,且 n_0>n_1>n_2;BE 随预应变的增加而增加;100℃回火出现反常 B.E;B.E 先随回火温度的增加而增加.而后又随回火温度的增加而减小.250℃回火,B.E 最大.The work hardening behavior and Bauschinger effect(BE)of GCr15 bearing steel quenched and tempered at different temperatures were investigated by compression and tension-compression tests sparately.The investigations show that the compression true stress-true strain curves of the steel were comformed to Hollomon relation by three stages, and n_0>n_1>n_2;the BE in creases with increasing prestrain;an abnormal BE was investi- gated in the steel tempered at 100℃ after quenching;at lower temperature,the rise in tempering temperature causes the increase in BE.But then,decrease in BE and the maxi- mum BE was gained in the steel after tempering at 250℃.
