“久病入络”论及其在糖尿病肾病防治中的应用

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病微血管并发症之一,现已成为终末期肾脏疾病的首位病因。依据中医络病理论,糖尿病肾病属于络病范畴。糖尿病肾病病机复杂,临证表现繁多,虚实夹杂,湿、热、毒、瘀并重,缠绵难愈。从"久病入络"入手,既病防变,已病治络,可望取效。Diabetic nephropathy is one of microvascular complications of diabetes, which has become the first cause of end-stage renal disease. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine collaterals disorders, diabetic nephropathy belongs to the category of collaterals disorders. The pathogcncsis of diabetic ncphropathy is complex, and the clinical performance is various. Damp,heat,poison and blood stasis lead to lingering refractory. According to the category of collaterals disorders, preventing disease from exacerbating and curing collaterals disorders are expected to take effect.
