摘　　要：总结清末民初名医张锡纯诊治妇科疾病的特点为:治闭经通补兼用,手法灵活;愈倒经知常达变,独具匠心;胎前产后善用寒凉,不落窠臼。The paper summarized the characteristic to treat gynecological disease of ZHANG Xi-chun, included that clearing and tonifying for the treatment of amenorrhea, the agility of manipulation; with special experience in treatment of aberratio menstruorum; cold or cool drug for the antenatal and postnatal commonly.
