月华胶囊对结核小鼠脏器指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨月华胶囊对结核小鼠胸腺、肺、肝、脾、肾指数的影响。方法:采用尾静脉注射H37RV结核分枝杆菌造模,随机分为模型组、西药组、月华胶囊低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、月华胶囊中剂量与西药联合组,建立空白对照组;取各脏器称重、测脏器指数。结果:与模型组比较,各用药组胸腺与肺指数明显优于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),联合用药组较单独用药组效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药各组肝、脾指数较模型组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药各组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组肾指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:月华胶囊能改善结核分枝杆菌对小鼠主要脏器指数的影响,中剂量组效果优于低、高剂量组,所有用药组中联合用药组优于其它单独用药组。Objective：To explore effect of Yuehua capsules on weight index of important visceral organs of rats with tuberculosis. Methods： The models were prepared by injecting H37Rv into the tail vein of rats, which were grouped into the model group, western medicine chemotherapy（INH＋RFP＋PIA） group, Yuehua capsules high-dose group, Yuehua capsule mid-dose group, Yuehua capsule lower-dose group, Yuehua capsules ＆ western medicine chemotherapy group, and then the normal group was made. The pathomorphological change of liver and spleen was observed through microscope. Results： Compared with the model group, the indexes of thymus and lung of else every group were superior to that of the model group（P〈0.05）; The Yuehua capsules ＆ western medicine chemotherapy group was better than that of the western medicine group or yuehua capsules groups（P〈0.05）,and there was no significant difference compared with the normal group. Compared with model group, the indexes of liver and spleen of all groups were lower than that of the model group, but there was no evident difference among groups used medicine, and there was no evident difference about kidney indexes. Conclusion： Yuehua capsule could improve index of important visceral organs of rats with tuberculosis. Yuehua capsule mid-dose was better than high-dose and low-dose groups, but the best therapeutic effect is the Yuehua capsules ＆ western medicine chemotherapy group in all groups.
