摘　　要：通过分析半年多的门诊用药咨询工作,总结服务实践中的经验,研究改善服务的措施,以利于提高药学服务质量,促进门诊病人合理用药。还根据工作实践,探讨开展门诊用药咨询服务的意义,发现该工作使医疗机构、药师和病人三方都受益。In this paper,the experience of outpatient pharmacy counseling is summarized and the measures to enhance the work are suggested in order to improve pharmaceutical care and to promote outpatients rational drug use by analysis of over half a year s practice.The significance of outpatient pharmacy counseling is also discussed.It is showed that the counseling work is beneficial to the three parties： medical institutions,pharmacists and patients.
