摘　　要：液压式万能材料试验机虽然价格便宜,经久耐用,但存在着精度低、加载速度无法精确控制、自动化程度低。因此需要对液压万能材料试验机进行自动化改造,通过加装相关传感器、电液比例阀,通过计算机控制实现了拉伸试验的自动化改造。Hydraulic universal testing machine although cheap,durable,but there is a precision low loading speed can not be precise control of low degree of automation. Hence the need for hydraulic universal testing machine to automate the transformation,through the installation of the relevant sensors,electro-hydraulic proportional valve,achieved through computer-controlled automation of the tensile test.
