摘 要:纳米材料在高温下具有高稳定性,高强度,高韧性等特点,可有效提高有机硅树脂的耐高温性和机械性能。文章归纳总结了目前应用在纳米有机硅涂料的纳米粒子表面修饰方法,并从纳米氧化物不同修饰方法的角度,综述了共混法制备纳米有机硅涂料的研究进展。文章还讨论了纳米氧化物应用于有机硅涂料存在的一些问题,并展望了该领域未来的发展方向。The high temperature resistance and mechanical property of silicone resin would be effectively improved by appending nano-particles, for their high stability, high strength, high tenacity et al. In the paper, the surface modification methods which have been applied in nano silicone coating were introduced in this paper. And the new progress of research on the preparation of nano silicone coating by blending was reviewed, from the standpoint of different modification methods of nano-oxides. Some problems about the application of hahn-oxides in silicone coating were discussed and the future direction of development is also prospected in this paper.
