摘　　要：人类文明正处于从工业文明向生态文明过渡的阶段,建设生态文明是一个庞大的系统工程,在此过程中,公民、政府、企业作为行为主体应履行其相应的主体责任。文章分别对这三类主体责任进行了阐述,为我国生态文明建设提供理论支持。The human civilization is in the stage that is transiting from the industrial civilization to ecological civilization. The construction of ecological civilization is a huge systematic project. In this process, citizens, governments and enterprises as actors should carry out its main responsibilities. In the paper, the three types of responsibilities were described. And the paper provided theoretical support to ecological civilization.
