摘　　要：根据职业技能培养的需要,结合二氧化硫氧化系统开车操作的特点,找到了简捷有效的反应器及换热器的数值模拟方法;在系统分析的基础上,选择合适的迭代方法进行了系统运算;并根据培训软件的教学设计,制作了培训软件的界面及过程模拟程序。The paper introduced the process start up of the sulfur dioxide oxidation; described the imitative methods of the reactors, heat exchanger etc.; explained the process of the systemic dynamic simulation; presented the software interface and the design technique of the functional module; introduced the teaching technique of the multimedia software to train.
