摘　　要：农村地区存在残损人民币兑换难现象,造成这种现象的原因包含政策性、金融机构、农民自身三方面原因。正确认识农村地区残损人民币兑换难的成因,实施合理的对策,对提高农村地区流通中人民币整洁度有积极意义。It is difficult to exchange defective banknotes in rural areas and the causes of this phenomenon may be from the policy, financial institutes and farmers. Correct understanding of the causes of the difficulty and reasonable measures may be of positive significance for the cleanliness of banknotes in these areas,
