摘　　要：以国家科技支撑计划为主线,总结了我国水资源配置研究的发展轨迹,归纳出我国水资源配置经历了单纯供需平衡、基于宏观经济的优化配置、面向生态的合理配置三个主要阶段。通过分析当前国民经济和社会发展对水利科技的需求,展望了我国水资源配置研究的发展方向,提出需要研究的重点问题。Following the progress of the Key Technologies R＆D Programme, the article summarized research advances of water resources allocation and divides it into three main phases： water demand and supply balance, optimal allocation based on macroeconomic and oriented-ecology rational allocation. After analyzing technology demand for water resources research, direction and key problems on water resources allocattion were put up.
