摘　　要：水安全问题是区域安全问题的重要组成部分。以水资源短缺、水污染问题、水土流失加剧、洪涝灾害加重等为特征的区域水安全问题,成为制约一个地区社会、经济、生态可持续发展的重要因素之一。从水资源短缺、水质污染以及可能由此而引起的生态环境安全、粮食安全、经济安全和社会安全等方面系统分析了临沂市面临的主要水安全问题,提出了解决水安全问题的对策。Water safety is an important component of regional security problem. Regional security problem characterized by water shortage, water pollution, increased soil and water erosion, floods disaster and so on has become one of the important factors to restrict regional sustainable development in social, economic and ecological. The paper systematically analyzed the major water security problem of Linyi City from water shortage, water pollution, and the possible resulting problem such as eco-environmental safety, food security, economic security and social security, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures to solve water security problem.
