摘  要:在大田条件下,研究了不同浓度丁二酸浸种对玉米籽粒发育及产量的影响。结果表明:不同浓度丁二酸浸种对玉米籽粒发育及产量的影响差异较大。用200~400mg/L丁二酸浸种,玉米增产12.31%~12.50%,与对照相比差异达极显著水平。增产是籽粒体积增大、干物质积累较快、可溶性糖含量提高、蔗糖酶活性增强、MDA含量降低的结果。In a field experiment,the effects of soaking seeds with soccinic acid on grain development and yield of maize were studied.The results showed that the grain development and yield of maize varied greatly with different concentration of succinic acid.When the seeds were soaked with 200-400mg/L succinic acid,the grain yield increased by 12.31%-12.50%.The reason of increasing yield was due to the augmented grain volume,expedited dry matter accumulation,increased soluble sugar content,enhanced saccharase activity and reduced MDA content in grains.
