摘  要:采用稀释分离法,研究了河北省蔬菜保护地土壤真菌的种类和数量,鉴定出24属74种真菌,包括鞭毛菌亚门1属1种,接合菌亚门3属3种,子囊菌亚门1属1种,半知菌亚门19属69种,未分离到担子菌亚门真菌。结果还表明,种植区域、种植年限和蔬菜种类对真菌的数量和种类均有影响:以廊坊保护地中分离到的真菌种类和数量最多,而沧州保护地中真菌数量最少;菠菜根际土壤中真菌数量最高,番茄根际真菌种类却最多;随着种植年限的延长,除少数真菌会累加外,真菌的数量和种类呈现减少的趋势。Fungi species and quantity in cover vegetable fields were studied.74 species included in 24 genus were identified such as Phytophthora,Mucor,Syncephalastrum,Chaetomium,Fusa-rium,Acremonium,Colletorichum,Penicillium,Cephalosporium,Botryotrichum,Myrothecium,Mortierella,Cephalotrichum,Torula,Gliocladium,Myceliophthora,Chrysoporium,Vertillium,Tolypocladium,Humicola,Stachybotrys,Ttrichoderma and Rhizoctonia.The result showed that different planting zones,planting years and vegetable species affected fungus species and quantity.The soils samples from Langfang had the most species and quantity and soil from Cangzhou,had the least.Spinach rhizosphere soil had the highest number of fungi,tomato rhizosphere had less fungus species.With the length of cultivation,the number and types of most of fungi showed a decreasing trend.
