广西地区文蛤花纹的蛋白质图谱分析

摘　　要：利用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术,对广西地区不同花纹文蛤外套膜的蛋白质进行了比较研究。试验结果表明,广西地区不同花纹文蛤外套膜的蛋白质图谱中多数条带相同,不同花纹文蛤间少数蛋白质的含量和种类存在差异,这些差异与文蛤花纹不同呈相关性。The electrophoresis patterns of mantle protein were compared by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis （SDS-PAGE） in clam Meretrix rneretrix with different stripes collected in Guangxi coast to optimize the clam seed. The results showed that most of the protein electrophoresis of the mantle had the same bands, while a few clams with different stripes had different contents and types of protein, and these differences were not found to be related to the stripes.
