摘　　要：目的:观察加味华盖散治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:治疗组35例采用加味华盖散治疗,对照组35例采用开瑞坦加复方甘草合剂治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.7%,对照组仅为62.8%,两组总有效率比较,P<0.05。结论:加味华盖散治疗感冒后咳嗽疗效良好。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on cough after common cold treated by modified Huagai decoction. Method： 35 cases in the treatment group were treated by modified Huagai decoction and 35 cases in the control group treated by Clarityne and mistura glycyrrhizae composite. Results ： The total effective rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and 62.8% in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Huagai decoction had good effect for treating cough ＇after common cold.
