摘  要:利用火灾爆炸指数评价法(DOW法)对四氢呋喃(THF)生产装置6个单元进行安全评价。评价结果指出,其中的碳四分离单元的火灾爆炸危险值达132.3,危险等级为"很大"。分析碳四分离单元的火灾爆炸危险,从工艺控制、物质隔离和防火措施三方面采取安全补偿措施。经安全措施补偿后,火灾爆炸危险值为83.35,危险等级为"较轻",且暴露半径也降至允许范围。表明所采取的安全补偿措施适用,为化工企业预防风险事故提供了科学依据。The safety evaluation on six units of the THF producing plant has been conducted by the Dow's fire and explosion index method. Results of the evaluation showed that the potential fire and explosion danger value for the C- 4 separation unit is 132.3, the dangerous grade is "great large". Potential fire and explosion danger of the C-4 separation unit was analyzed. The safety measures of technology control, substance segregation and fire prevention facilities were adopted. After which, the potential fire and explosion danged value was decreased to 83.35, the dangerous grade was "lighter", and exposed radio was decreased to permissible range. The safety measures adopted are applicable, and can provide science basis for protecting chemical complex from fire accidents.
