摘　　要：本文从提高学生的工程能力及综合素质的观点出发,根据多年在工科毕业实习中的实践,在毕业实习环节上采取多样化的实习模式及行之有效的考核办法,明显地提高了学生的工程意识及能力,教学效果良好。In order to increase the engineering and integrated ability of the students,a wide varety of practice mode and effective examination methods have been adopted in the process of graduation practice.The results show that the consciousness and ability of engineering have greatly been increased for the students,and a good teaching effect has been obtained.
