论大学生科技创新能力的培养

摘　　要：在高等教育培养人才的问题上,教育思想中尤为重要的是如何培养适应社会发展的高素质人才。本文充分肯定了高等教育思想观念在培养学生科技创新能力方面的指导作用;以及培养大学生科技创新能力的重要性;结合实际阐述了如何培养大学生科技创新能力的几点措施,重点培养大学生的综合素质、科技创新意识和能力。For talent cultivation issue of higher education, the most important thing of education ideas is how to cultivate the high diathesis talent who can meet tile demands of social development. This paper presents sufficient affirmation on the guide function of higher educational ideology about cultivating students＇ ability of scientific and technological innovation, discusses the importance of cultivating students＇ ability of scientific and technological innovation. Combining the practical condition, some methods of cultivating students＇ ability of scientific and technological innovation are proposed. College students＇ comprehensive diathesis,awareness and ability of scientific and technological innovation should be emphasized.
