摘 要:采用涂抹法制备负载在α-Al2O3陶瓷基片上的碳烟氧化催化剂,用程序升温反应装置(TPR)研究了不同组分催化剂的催化活性,并考察其吸水性和抗硫性能。结果表明:当n(Pb)∶n(K)=1∶2时催化剂起燃温度仅为308℃,最高的峰值氧化温度405℃,在448℃左右,催化剂作用下,碳烟完全氧化。当n(Nd)∶n(Pb)∶n(K)=1∶1∶10和n(La)∶n(Pb)∶n(K)=1∶1∶10时催化剂的起燃温度分别为308℃和313℃;峰值氧化温度分别在403℃和410℃。催化剂经硫化后,n(Nd)∶n(Pb)∶n(K)=2∶1∶10和n(La)∶n(Pb)∶n(K)=1∶1∶2时催化剂的起燃温度分别为352℃和357℃。表明稀土金属La、Nd的加入提高了催化剂的催化活性、吸水性及抗硫中毒性。The soot oxidation catalysts supported on Al2O3 ceramic substrate were prepared.by using the dip-coating method. The catalytic activity of the catalysts as well as the water absorbability and sulfur-resistant property were investigated. It was found that when the molar ratio of Pb : K = 1 : 2, the Pb/K catalyst behaved an ignition temperature of 308 ℃ and the highest oxidation rate occurred at a temperature of 405 ℃ and the soot was completely oxidized before 448 ℃. At the Nd(La) : Pb : K molar ratio of 1 : 1 : 10,the ignition temperatures and peak temperatures were 308 ℃ and 403 ℃ for the Nd/Pb/K,and 313 ℃ and 410 ℃ for the La/Pb/K. Apter sulfuration,the ignition temperature was 352 ℃ when the Nd : Pb : K molar ratio was 2 : 1 : 10, and 357 ℃ when the La : Pb : K molar ration was 1 : 1 : 2. The experimental results showed that the catalytic activity water-absorbing property and sulfur-resistant property were improved with addition of La and Nd elements.
