摘 要:试验比较了抗返原剂Si69、PDM、ZDT/S对半有效硫化体系硫化NR硫化胶的硫化特性、力学性能和动态性能的影响。结果表明,在NR半有效硫化体系中,不同抗返原剂的抗返原性顺序为:Si69>ZDT/S>PDM。加入抗返原剂Si69的NR硫化胶的力学性能较好;在过硫化条件下,Si69对NR的拉伸强度保持率较高,PDM对NR的拉断伸长率影响较好,ZDT/S对NR撕裂强度的保持效果最明显。动力学分析结果表明,抗返原剂使NR硫化胶的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)向高温方向移动,含ZDT/S的NR硫化胶Tg最高。The effect of Si69, PDM, ZDT/S on curing characteristics mechanical and dynamic properties of NR vulcanizates cured by semi-efficient vulcanization system. The experimental results showed that the effect of anti-reversion agents followed the order Si69〉ZDT/S〉PDM in the NR vulcanizates. The mechanical properties of NR vulcanizate with Si69 were better than those of the rubber cured with ZDT/S and PDM. However, under an over-curing condition, the tensile strength of NR with Si69 retained higher, while PDM contributed higher retention of elongation at break, ZDT/S imparted higher retention of tear strength. The dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) results indicated that the glass transition temperature (Tg) shifted to higher temperature with the incorporation of the anti-reversion agents. ZDT/S imparted NR vulcanizates higher Tg.
