探索住区未来──对小康住宅规划设计导则的认识

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的显著提高，旧的居住区设计理论及规划已不能适应新的生活。本文结合"小康住宅规划设计导则"及示范小区的建设，对近年来小区建设的变革作了总结，同时提出住宅区规划设计的发展趋势和需要解决的关键问题。July 1994 saw the promulgation of the 'Urban Pilot District Plan and Design Regulations for the Xiaokang Model Urban' and Rural Residence and Science and Technology Industry Projects. In December 1996, the Regulations were revised and publicized on the basis of summarization and improvement. The paper makes the following points on how to channel residential district plan and construction to further development, on how to organize all aspects life in an orderly way through the creation and construction of material conditions so that people's economic activities, social civilization and interpersonal relations can become part of civilized construction:1. Residential district construction is going into greater depths.2. From 'Four Courses and a Soup' to omni-directional, deep level and multiple plan and design.3. The implications of 'Five Securities and One Guarantee'.Readers are reminded of the important task of sticking to the principle of sustainable development, of rationalizing resource utilization and environmental construction, flexibility, feasibility and adaptability.
