贵阳市不同户籍居民社会支持状况的对比研究

摘　　要：[目的]为构建贵阳市不同户籍居民的社会支持健康促进模式提供基础信息。[方法]采用社会支持评定量表,随机抽取1154名贵阳市不同户籍居民进行调查。[结果]除个别人口学特征外,3组人群之间社会支持3个维度和总分的均值差异表现为居住地之间的城乡差异,且以农村居民为高;对应分析结果显示,不同户籍人群社会支持水平的高低有着各自的人口学特征。[结论]居住地相同但拥有不同的城乡户籍对居民的社会支持水平有着重要的影响。[Objective] To provide the basic information for establishing a social support mode for population with different domiciliary register in Guiyang.[Methods] 1 154 individuals（including migrant workers,urban residents and rural residents） were randomly investigated with the Social Support Rating Scale.[Results] Except for few demographic characteristics,significant urban-rural differences among three groups were found in three dimensions of social supports and the average scores,especially higher among rural residents.By comparison,population with different domiciliary register had different social support level and different demographic characteristics.[Conclusion] Domiciliary register has an important influence on residents＇ social support level.
