河北省低血压患病分布的回顾性调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解河北省成年居民低血压分布特征,为疾病防治提供依据。[方法]采用2004年河北省成年居民慢性病相关危险因素调查的数据库进行回顾性调查分析,调查采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,抽取代表性样本进行调查。[结果]低血压患病率3.2%,标化率为5.3%。女性患病率4.0%明显高于男性2.0%(χ2=13.134,P﹤0.01),城市4.0%高于农村2.9%(χ2=3.525,P﹥0.05)。小于65岁人群随着年龄的增加,低血压患病率下降。不定时吃饭者、自己感觉较瘦和精神状况较差者低血压患病率较高。Logictic回归分析显示:女性和不定时吃饭是其危险因素(OR=2.834,1.320),年龄、体重指数和腰围与低血压呈负相关(OR=0.350,0.419,0.467)。[结论]河北省低血压患病率较高,对女性和体重较轻者应重点进行健康促进,低血压对健康的影响还需进一步的研究。[Objective] To understand the distribution of low blood pressure in adult residents in Hebei,and to provide evidences for disease prevention and control.[Methods] A retrospective analysis was used for database of the risk factors study of chronic diseases in adult residents of Hebei province in 2004.A multistage stratified sampling was applied in this study,and this sample can represent the whole Hebei.[Results] The prevalence of low blood pressure was 3.2%,and age-adjusted rate was 5.3%.The prevalence of low blood pressure for females（4.0%） was higher than that of males（2.0%）（χ2 = 13.134,P﹤ 0.01）,and that in city（4.0%） was also higher than that in countryside（2.9%）（χ2 = 3.525,P﹥0.05）.The prevalence of low blood pressure was gradually declined with less than 65 ageing.The prevalence of low blood pressure was higher in people eating not-regular,self-feeling thin and worse mental state.Logistic regression showed that female and eating not-regular was the risk factors,and age（OR = 2.834,1.320）,BMI and waist had negative relationship with low blood pressure（OR = 0.350,0.419,0.467）.[Conclusion] The prevalence of low blood pressure was higher in Hebei.Health promotion should put emphasis on female and thin people.The further study in low blood pressure to people＇s health should conduct.
