麻疹疫苗新用治疗小儿水痘疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨过期麻疹疫苗治疗水痘的效果。[方法]将91例水痘患儿随机分两组,试验组(n=46)给予过期麻疹疫苗三角肌皮下注射,对照组(n=45)给予VitB12肌肉注射,其他治疗相同。观察退热和病程。[结果]试验组退热时间为(1.19±0.30)d,病程为(1.82±0.74)d;对照组退热时间为(2.43±0.94)d,病程为(4.55±1.18)d。两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。两组均未发现明显的毒副作用。[结论]过期麻疹疫苗能抑制水痘-带状疱疹病毒的复制,缩短水痘病程,提高治愈率。[Objective] To observe and analysis on the Out-of-date Measles Vaccine in treatment of children with varicella.[Methods] 91 children with varicella were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group（n = 46） were given Out-of-date Measles Vaccine from deltoid hypodermic,and the control group（n = 45） were given VitB12 from muscle,while the other treatments were the same.The time of fever to reduce and the course of disease were observed.[Results] The time of reduction of fever in trial group was 1.19±0.30d,and the course of disease was 1.82± 0.74d;the time of reduction of fever in control group was 2.43± 0.94 d,and the course of disease was 4.55 ±1.18d.There were significant difference between the two groups（P﹤0.01）,no adverse reaction was found.[Conclusion] Out-of-date Measles vaccine can inhibit the copy of virus and shorten the time of disease caused by virus as well as improve the cure rate.
