摘 要:[目的]探讨医院内真菌感染现状及流行病学特征,为临床真菌感染的预防和治疗提供理论依据。[方法]收集临床真菌感染患者标本,进行分离、鉴定。并从患者年龄、标本来源、病原菌种类、科室分布等方面进行流行病学分析。[结果]收集临床假丝酵母感染标本209例。主要来源于呼吸内科(61.2%),以痰标本的真菌分离率最高(82.8%)。分离出的病原菌以白假丝酵母所占比例最高(72.2%),依次为热带假丝酵母(12.5%)、光滑假丝酵母(8.6%)、克柔假丝酵母(2.4%)、其他假丝酵母(4.3%)。60岁以上老年患者占真菌感染人数的83.7%。[结论]应高度重视医院内真菌感染,加强易受侵袭性真菌感染患者的病原学监测,对真菌感染的高危人群应进行积极的预防。[Objective] To investigate the current condition and epidemiological factors of clinical fungal infection in hospital,and provide a theoretical proof for controlling fungal infection.[Methods] We collected specimens of clinical fungal infection,and identified the isolates,then performed epidemiologic analysis for cases according to the age of patients,source of samples,species and division distribution.[Results] 209 strains of Candida were collected.The sources of infection were mainly come from respiratory system(61.2%).The highest positive rate of sputum specimen of fungal infection was 82.8%.The infection rate of Candida albicans was as high as 72.2%,followed by Candida tropicalis(12.5%),Candida glabrata(8.6%),Candida krusei(2.4%) and others(4.3%).The patients above the age of 60 years old had the highest infection rate(83.7%).[Conclusion] We should pay much attention to the fungal infection in hospital,actively monitoring pathogens to patients vulnerable to invasive fungal infection and specially prevent the high risk group.
