摘 要:多种含阳离子的两性药物体内应用和体外培养可引起细胞内的磷脂质沉积。一般认为,磷脂质沉积是一种适应性的反应而非中毒性的表现。主要特征是可逆性的极性磷脂质沉积,在细胞内形成单中心或多中心的板层样的小体。本文主要介绍药物所致磷脂质沉积症的病理学特点,目的是在药物的安全性评价过程中为鉴别磷脂质沉积症提供相关的基础资料。Some amphiphilic cationic drugs are capable of inducing a phospholipidosis in cells under conditions of both in vivo administration and ex vivo incubation.While the mechanisms for drug-induced phospholipidosis are reasonably well understood,however,the functional consequences of the presence of this condition on cellular or tissue function are not very clear yet.The principal characteristics of this condition include the reversible accumulation of polar phospholipids in association with the development of signal centre or multicentre lamellated bodies within cells.The general consensus in this condition is that it is an adaptive response rather than a toxicological manifestation;although there are only a few reports in supporting this conclusion.In this paper,we described the histopathological characteristics of drug-induced phospholipidosis in different organs,by reviewing published papers as well as our own experiences in deal with this condition in toxicological pathology diagnosis.
