摘 要:目的了解成都地区20岁以上成年人代谢综合征的患病率及其相关流行病学情况。方法本次调查采用多级多层整体抽样的方法,于2007年调查了来自成都玉林和龙泉两地区的成年人。代谢综合征的诊断标准采用2005年国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)标准。结果总有效人数2242人,男性842人,女性1400人。成都地区代谢综合征总体与男、女患病率分别为17.2%、15.0%、18.6%,标化率分别为13.47%、17.71%、11.09%。男女间患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。代谢综合征的构成成分中心性肥胖、血压升高、高空腹血糖(FPG)、高甘油三酯(TG)、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的患病率分别为31.6%、32.0%、16.5%、30.4%、31.2%,经标化后分别为26.3%、26.0%、12.9%、26.9%、30.5%,男女间除了低HDL-C患病率外差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经logistic回归分析显示性别、高血压史、血压、腰围、FPG、TG为代谢综合征的危险因素,HDL-C为其保护因素。结论成都地区代谢综合征及其构成成分的患病率都已较高,随着经济发展和人口老龄化的加剧其患病率可能会进一步升高。所以应不断加强对成都地区的代谢综合征的防治工作,尽可能减小其给社会和家庭带来的危害。Objeetive To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) and associated factors in the adults in Chengdu. Methods A cross-sectional survey was undertaken in 2242 residents over 20 years of age. The cluster sampling method was employed to recruit participants ftom Yulin and Longquan communities in Chengdu. The metabolic syndrome was defined by IDF 2005. Results The prevalence of MS was 17.2%, with 15.0% and 18.6% for male and female, respectively. The age-adjusted rate of MS was 13.47%, with 17.71% and 11.09% for male and female, respectively. The difference in prevalence of MS between male and female was significant. The prevalence of central obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia, high triglycerides, low HDL-C were 31.6%, 32.0%, 16.5%, 30.4%, and 31. 2% respectively, which became 26. 3%, 26. 0%, 12. 9%, 26. 9%, and 30. 5% respectively after age-adjustment. Gender differences appeared in all of the componcnts of MS except for low HDL- C (P〈0.05). The multivariable stepwise analysis extracted age, history of hypertension, blood pressure, waist circumference, fasting glycaemia level and triglyceride as major risk factors for MS and blood HDL-C level as a protective factor of MS. Conclusion The prevalence of MS is considerably high in Chengdu. It will continue to rise thanks to the social economic development and population ageing. There is an urgent need to take actions to reduce the burden of MS.
