摘  要:目的探讨血管回声跟踪技术(e-tracking,ET)评价阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopneasyndrome,OSAHS)患者颈总动脉弹性功能指标β、EP、AC、AI、Pwvβ改变及其意义。方法应用血管回声跟踪技术检测64例(平均年龄43岁)经多道睡眠监测仪(polysomnography,PSG)确诊为OSAHS患者颈总动脉弹性指标,包括动脉僵硬度参数β、压力应变弹性系数EP、血管顺应性AC、脉搏波放大指数AI及脉搏波传递速度Pwvβ,比较OSAHS患者的颈总动脉弹性与正常人有无差异性,分别比较轻度、中度、重度OSAHS组间颈总动脉弹性有无差异。结果OSAHS患者其颈总动脉弹性功能的指标与正常人比较有差异;随OSAHS程度的加重颈总动脉弹性功能指标β、EP增高,AC下降越明显。结论 OSAHS患者的颈总动脉弹性指标与正常人相比具有差异性;随着OSAHS程度的加重颈总动脉弹性功能下降越明显。血管回声跟踪技术对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者颈总动脉弹性功能早期改变能够进行定量检测。Objective To detect the carotid elasticity quantitatively between obstuctive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)patients and normal people by E-Tracking(ET)technique. Methods With ET technique, the stiff hess parameter(β), pressure-strain elasticity modulus(Ep), arterial compliance(AC), argument ationindex(AI) and onepoint pulse wave velocity (PWVβ) of carotid in 64 cases with obstuctive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome were calculated automatically by polysomnography(PSG). The parameters of obstuctive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome patients were compared with normal peoples, and the parameters of obstuctive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome patients were compared. Results There were differences between the parameters of OSAHS patients and normal people. Between slight,mediate and severe OSAHS patients there were also significant differences. Conclusions There were differences between OSAHS patients and normal people. These early stage changes can be detected by E-Tracking technique.
