摘 要:为实现基于dSPACE平台对PWM整流器的实时仿真控制,在a,b,c坐标下根据定义的二值逻辑开关函数建立电压型PWM整流器的动态函数方程,并利用该方程在仿真平台Matlab/Simulink下建立相应的数学模型。采用dSPACE开发测试平台,设计基于DS1104控制器的硬件接口电路,对采用PM300DVA120模块,容量达100kVA的PWM整流器系统进行了实时控制。实验结果表明,该模型可实现对PWM整流器电流的快速精确控制,系统响应时间仅为数毫秒,反映出dSPACE平台对PWM整流器系统控制的优异性能。In order to implement the real time control to pulse width modulation(PWM)rectifier system based on devel-opment and test platform dSPACE,the dynamic functions of three phase Boost-type PWM rectifier are established according to the logic switch function defined on the basis of a,b,c coordinate.Then the mathematic model of PWM rectifier circuit is built with simulation platform Matlab/Simulink.With the development and measurement platform of dSPACE,the hardware interface circuit is designed based on DS1104 controller and the real-time control is implement-ed to a 100 kVA PWM rectifier system which is composed of insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBT)module PM300DVA120.The experimental results indicate that the system response time is only several millisecond and the control to PWM rectifier current is fast and accurate,the control with dSPACE platform to PWM rectifier system is excellent according to the experimental waveforms.
