摘　　要：对260机组倍尺飞剪有时出现不正常剪切故障问题,依据其控制原理,分析了故障原因并提出了解决措施,提高了飞剪的作业率。The failure analysis and improvement measures against the abnormal cutting problems of multiple flying shear of Unit 260 were put forward based on its controlling principles to improve the operational rate of flying shear.
