摘　　要：在村委会选举中,村民群体行为的发生越来越频繁,应当适用现行立法加以处置,既有必要性,也有可能性,法律程序所具有的正义性是化解社会矛盾的利器,正因为如此,法律手段是法治社会解决社会矛盾的主要手段,目前,我国已经初步具备用法律手段处置群体行为的条件。因此,应当严格遵守与村委会选举有关的法律规定;对引起群体行为的违法行为,候选人贿选行为,基层机关、部门不作为和乱作为等行为,以及群体行为中的违法行为严格按照有关规定加以处置。In the village committee elects, the villagers group behavior＇s occurrence is getting more and more frequent, must be suitable the present legislation to handle, also has the necessity, also has the possibility, the justness which the legal proceeding has melts the social contradictory sharp weapon, because of this, the legal means are the government by law society solve the social contradictory principal means that at present, our country already initially met the usage law method handling group behavior requirement. Therefore, must to cause the group behavior illegal activity, the candidate buys votes the behavior, the basic unit institution, the department does not take and behaviors and so on chaotic achievement, as well as in group behavior＇s procedure illegal activity and the entity illegal activity handle strictly according to the concerned requirements.
