摘 要:随着深井、超深井钻井技术的发展,高密度钻井液加重剂的回收再利用日益受到重视。介绍了废钻井液组成、国内外对废钻井液的处理方法及存在的缺陷。提出了处理钻井液中加重剂的新方法及相应工作模型。结合现场试验数据,指出合理使用好新方法需解决的关键问题:①确定出不同地层、不同岩性、不同机械钻速下回收加重剂的动态粒度点;②确定出在"实时"模式下回收加重剂和钻井液粘度的上限值。指出解决关键问题的方法及现实意义。With the development of deep well and ultra deep well technology, the reclaiming of heavy loader of high-density drilling fluid is gradually emphasized. According to the components of the waste drilling fluid, the ways of dealing with waste drilling fluid and the existing flaws at home and abroad, a new method of dealing with the waste drilling fluid and corresponding work model was proposed. In terms of the interrelated data of scene experiments, it indicates the cruci- al problem which needs to be resolved for making use of the new method reasonably. The crucial problem includes two aspects: one is to determine the dynamic points of reclaiming heavy loader under different stratums, rocks and drilling rates; the other is to determine the maximum viscosity of drilling fluid on reclaiming heavy loader under the work model of real-time. It is indicated that the way to resolve the crucial problem. Finally, it is clearly stated that it will be realistic meaning after figuring out the crucial problem.
