长北气田优质油井管螺纹类型及其应用

摘　　要：为满足套管、油管和井下工具螺纹的密封性和强度要求,长北气田油井管采用非API螺纹接头,主要为VAM-TOP螺纹和FOX螺纹。介绍了特殊螺纹的类型和优点,分析了这2种特殊螺纹的特点和密封设计。这2种特殊螺纹在长北气田应用了20余口井,总体效果良好,但是最近应用的2口井油管出现了密封失效问题,根据扭矩图进行了密封失效分析,失效原因为螺纹上扣不符合规范导致密封失效。In order to satisfy the good seal of joints and high strength demand, Changbei gas field use Non-API thread tubular, almost threads of tubing, casing and subsurface tools are VAMTOP and FOX thread. The type and advantage of premium threads were introduced, and the characteristic and seal design of this two premium threads were analyzed, and the application of 20 premium threads in Changbei gas field were summarize, with better result. At last, but the tubing in 2 wells were leaking, based on the failed case of tubing string seal and the torque chart, it was analyzed that the cause of the fail was unsuitable making-up of tubing.
