摘　　要：ICT产业已经成为当代经济发展的重要推动力,它不同于传统产业的一个重要特征就是"网络效应"。网络效应在本质上是一种需求方规模经济,与传统的供给方规模经济有着很大的不同,其表现形式可以分为直接网络效应和间接网络效应。网络效应对ICT产业的市场结构产生了重要影响。As the important impetus of modem economy, ICT industry has an outstanding trait of network effects that most traditional industries don＇ t exhibit yet. Network effects show the character of demand - side economy of scale that is different from supply - side economy of scale. Ordinarily, net- work effects are divided of direct network effects and indirect network effects, which have important influence to the market structure of ICT industry.
