摘 要:语音编码、图像编码技术作为现代通信的核心技术之一,一般是分开编码的,主要原因在于语音信号和图像信号二者差异很大,依据各自的特点需要采用不同的编码方法。然而它们也有很多共同的特征,采用了许多相同的编码技术。提出并仿真验证了一种利用H.264图像编码方法实现语音编码的算法,在7.7kbps的编码速率下,获得了较高的合成音质。算法计算量适中,对实现多媒体融合编码有重要意义。Speech coding and image coding, as the core techniques of modem communication, are often independent each other. This is mostly because of the great difference between the two methods. Different algorithms should be applied according to their own characteristics. However, with many common characteristics, many uniform coding techniques are applied by the two methods. A speech coding algorithm using H.264 is put forward and verified in this paper. A 7.7 kbps coding method is realized and the synthesized speech quality is good. This algorithm has well-situated calculation and is of significance for multimedia fusion coding.
