摘 要:针对油气勘探规划部署的多目标、多层次特点,基于多目标决策理论基础,建立了优选油气勘探规划方案的数学模型。综合考虑油气田勘探的特殊性,从勘探成效和经济效益2个方面入手,选择了单井探明储量、进尺探明储量、单位探明储量勘探费用和内部收益率、净现值、投资回收期6个评价指标,并对某探区8个规划方案进行了综合评价和优选。实际应用证实,油气勘探规划指标优选方法的应用,对于进一步提高油气田勘探规划部署水平,减少决策失误具有一定的实用价值。Petroleum exploration planning has the features of multiple targets and more steps. Based on the theory of multiple objective decisions,a mathematical model for the optimization of petroleum exploration planning projects was established. Considered the peculiarity of oil-gas field exploration,six evolution indexes were selected from the points of exploration results and economic benefit. They are proved reserves of single well,footage proved reserves,exploration cost and inner earning rate,net present value and payback period. Eight planning plans of certain exploration area were evaluated and optimized comprehensively. The application shows that the new optimization method has some practical value for enhancing planning level of the petroleum exploration and reducing the mistakes of decision-making.
