摘  要:通过考察不同储层的完井技术特点,结合地层要求和完井液体系特点,分别研究了无固相有机盐甲甙完井液和生物完井液。室内研究表明,无固相甲酸盐甲甙完井液具有较强的抑制性能,相对膨胀率可降至10%,且对筛管不会产生堵塞;生物完井液具有优良的储层保护性能。18口水平井的现场应用结果证实,针对不同地层特点设计使用的2种新型无固相完井液,不仅能够满足不同地层在井壁稳定、防止地层水化膨胀和环境保护的要求,还可有效清除滤饼、避免筛管堵塞,保证油气通道顺畅,单井产量显著提高。Based on the characteristics of completion techniques in different reservoirs and combined with the properties required by formation and completion fluids,debris free organic salt and biolagic enzyme completion fluids were researched. The lab investigation showed that the former can inhibit the clay hydration greatly with relative expanse rate decreased to 10% ;the latter can prevent the low-permeability reservoirs from being damaged with 18% permeability can be restored. Application in 18 wells proved that two new completion fluids,designed for various formation features,have good performance with anti-collapse for wellbore stability,preventing hydrate expansion and environmental protection. It can remove filter cake and avoid screen plugging to clear channel of oil and gas. The oil production of single well may be improved obviously.
