高效液相色谱法测定元神安颗粒中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立元神安颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法.方法:高效液相色谱法测定赤芍的主要有效成分芍药苷的含量.色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15:85),检测波长为230nm.结果:芍药苷在0.2116-3.174μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),加样回收率99.7%,RSD=1.3%(n=6).结论:该法简便、准确、重现性好.Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Yuanshen an Granules.Methods：Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.HPLC conditions were as follows： Diamonsil C18 column,acetonitrile water（15：85） as mobile phase,and the wavelength 230nm.Results：This method showed a good linear relationship in the ranges of 0.2116-3.174μg（r=0.9996）.The average recovery was 99.7%（RSD =1.3%,n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
