摘 要:以丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、丙烯腈(AN)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体,硝酸铈铵为引发剂对柞蚕丝纤维进行了接枝整理,讨论了单体浓度和单体种类、催化剂浓度、反应时间、温度和介质酸度对接枝率的影响。结果表明:丙烯酸乙酯接枝效果最好,丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯腈的浓度增加,有利于接枝率的增加。引发剂为0.004mol/L,反应介质酸度为0.04mol/L,30~40℃接枝效果最佳,反应时间为60min,即可达到最大接枝率。Tussah silk was finished with ethyl acrylate, acrylonitrile or acrylic acid as the monomer and ceric ammonium nitrate as the initiator. The influence of the concentration and variety of the monomer, catalyst concentration, reaction time, temperature and acidity of the medium on graft rate was discussed. The results showed that the best graft effect was obtained with ethyl acrylate as the monomer, and a high concentration of ethyl acrylate or acrylonitrile was helpful to the increase of graft rate. With 0.004mol/L initiator concentration, 0.04mol/L reaction medium acidity and 30-40℃ reaction temperature, an optimum graft result can be achieved. When the reaction time is 60 min, the highest graft rate can be obtained.
